Any dimensions, any footprint. Rectangular, square, hexagonal, trapezoidal — if your space requires an unusual shape, we can cut to fit. We'll survey your site in advance to take precise measurements and ensure a perfect result.

Colour

Beyond our standard white, chino, and platinum, we can produce custom colour tents to order. If you need your tent to match a brand colour, a venue palette, or simply a specific aesthetic, we'll work with your specification.

Branding

Your logo, your colours, your visual identity — applied directly to the canvas. Custom branding is particularly popular with festival operators and corporate clients, creating a venue that's an extension of the brand itself. Costs associated with branding are often tax deductible.

Specification and features

How a custom tent goes from idea to reality.

1. Tell us what you need

Get in touch with as much detail as you have. Intended use, location, approximate dimensions, any specific requirements. At this stage, rough is fine — we'll help you refine it.

2. Site survey

For most custom projects we'll visit your site in person. This lets us take precise measurements, assess fixing points, and make sure the finished tent will work exactly as intended.

3. Design and 3D render

We'll produce a detailed design for your approval, including a 3D render of how the finished tent will look in your space. You can review, tweak, and sign off before anything goes into production.

4. Manufacture and installation

Once you're happy with the design, we go into production. Lead times vary depending on complexity — typically six to ten weeks. We install the finished tent and make sure everything is perfect before we hand over.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • It depends on complexity. A relatively straightforward custom size in a standard colour typically takes six to eight weeks from sign-off. More complex builds with branding and unusual specifications can take ten to twelve weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline at the outset.

  • There is a premium for custom work, but it varies considerably depending on what's involved. A non-standard size in a standard colour is not dramatically more expensive than a catalogue tent. Heavy branding and very unusual specifications will add more. We'll give you a transparent quote after understanding your brief.

  • Yes on both counts. We offer installation as part of the purchase package, and we're available for ongoing maintenance, repairs, and re-rigging as needed. For permanent or semi-permanent installations we recommend a regular maintenance visit to check the structure and anchor points.
