Frequently Asked Festival Questions

  • For major summer festivals, as early as possible — ideally six to twelve months ahead. That said, we're used to working at short notice when required, so it's always worth getting in touch even if your date is close.

  • Absolutely — we're experienced at working within complex, multi-contractor site environments and are used to coordinating with site managers, health and safety teams, and other suppliers.

  • Our tents are rated to withstand winds of up to 50mph and are 100% waterproof. We monitor forecasts closely in the run-up to every event and will always advise if conditions require any adjustments to the setup.
