Never hired a tent before?
Most of our private clients haven't. Don't worry — we make it easy.
The most common thing first-time clients tell us after their event is that they wished they'd done it sooner. The process is much simpler than people expect.
We'll visit your garden or venue in advance, talk through the options, and give you a clear quote. On the day of setup — usually the day before your party — our team arrives, builds everything, and makes sure it looks exactly right before they leave. After your event, we come back and take it all down. You don't have to lift a finger.

Lighting
From festoon and fairy lights to statement pendants and coloured uplighting — the right lighting transforms a stretch tent from beautiful to magical. We'll help you choose the right option for your event.
Flooring & furniture
Grass is fine for some events, but a proper floor and the right furniture makes everything feel more considered. We offer a range of flooring, tables, chairs, and soft furnishing options.
Heating & bars
For cooler evenings or autumn and winter parties, we can add heating to keep your guests warm and comfortable. We can also provide a bar setup if you'd like a proper drinks area as part of the space.

Smaller than you'd think. Our smallest tents start at 5m x 5m, and we're very experienced at making compact spaces work. Send us your approximate garden dimensions and we'll tell you straight away what's possible.

We typically set up the day before your party, so you have the tent available from the morning of your event. Takedown is usually the day after. This gives you time to decorate and style the space without rushing.

In most cases, no — temporary structures for private events don't require planning permission in the UK. If your property has any specific restrictions, we'd recommend checking with your local council, but for the vast majority of garden parties it isn't an issue.
